Analytical Services – Bioanalytical

The Analytical Services Laboratory of LAB Research (Canada) offers GLP compliant bioanalytical chemistry analysis for non-clinical studies performed in house and as well for studies conducted in Sponsor's facility. Analysis of plasma/serum or other biological matrices is performed to determine the concentration of the test substance in selected biological matrices for pharmacokinetic / toxicokinetic analysis.  LAB Research performs method development for new compound or methodology transfer of an existing method. In each case, the method is fully validated according to GLP principles. With more than 50 years of cumulative staff experience, the new Bioanalytical service ensures that our clients receive professional and high quality support in the conduct of their studies.

 Extraction and prep room

 Dedicated washing area

 Two HPLC / MS / MS systems
 Shimadzu Prominence HPLC systems
 Applied Biosystems / MDS SCIEX API 4000 MSMS

Staff

 Management with more than 23 years of experience in conduct of bioanalytical studies
 Scientists with more than 30 years of cumulative experience in bioanalytical method development/method validation using LCMSMS technology.

In addition and to continue to support the in-house studies and especially the inhalation toxicology studies, the capabilities of the analytical chemistry laboratory is doubled by the addition of two (2) new Agilent Series 1200 HPLC systems.
