BIOANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY

LAB Research offers GLP-compliant bioanalytical chemistry support for all non-clinical studies performed in-house as well as for studies conducted in Sponsor’s facilities and elsewhere.

Analysis of plasma/serum or other biological matices is performed to estimate the concentration of the test substance in the matrix for pharmacokinetic / toxicokinetic analysis. We can develop a method for a new compound, which has no method available, or transfer an existing method. In each case, the method is validated to GLP principles.

Support Services

• Non-compartmental modeling using fully-validated software (WinNonLin)
• Full toxico/pharmacokinetic report produced.  The reports can be incorporated into the toxicology report or used as a stand alone pharmacokinetic report.
