LAB Research three facilities offer close to 413,000 ft.2 (38,368 m2) of vivarium and supporting laboratories for the conduct of GLP compliant pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology derived products. Studies are conducted in all rodent and non-rodent species, including Non-Human Primates and minipigs and are supported by LAB Research’s bioanalytical and immunology services which provide LC-MS-MS, HPLC and immuno-assay (e.g. ELISA) analyses in biological matrices.
Non-compartmental modelling is conducted, with full or sparse-sampling designs, using fully GLP validated WinNonLin software.
LAB Research Canada opened a state-of-the-art GLP-compliant metabolism laboratory. More information, click here.
